Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Lezzet products are sold as one-time purchases unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed, packed, or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us at contact@lezzetcoffee.com with your order number as soon as possible.

If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the order may be eligible under our Return and Refund Policy.

If Lezzet offers subscriptions, pre-orders, recurring deliveries, or other purchase options, the price, billing frequency, delivery schedule, and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout. Customers may cancel eligible recurring purchase options by logging into their customer account or by contacting us at contact@lezzetcoffee.com before the next order is processed.
